Enable AI Notes for Ring Central⚓︎

If you already have the RingCentral App installed, skip to Step 5

1. Download and Install the RingCetral App

You can download the installer here: RingCentral App

Your download will begin automatically.

Launch the installer once your download is finished.

2. Click "Sign in"

3. Sign in to your RingCentral account

If your company uses Gmail, select Google. If you use Outlook, choose Single Sign-On.

4. Log in using your chosen service

The Microsoft Single Sign-On screen will look different from the one shown. For either sign-in option, just log in the same way you would for your email. Your browser might ask for permission to open the RingCentral app — it's okay to allow it.

While logged into the app:⚓︎

5. Select the gear icon to open the settings

6. Click "Phone"

7. Scroll down and select "Deskphone pairing"

This setting connects your desk phone with the RingCentral app. You will be able to use the app’s calling and collaboration features, with audio routed through the paired desk phone when you make or receive calls.

8. Click "Save" The name shown for your phone might be different, but it won’t affect how the device works.

9. Click "AI"

10. Turn on "Automatic call notes"

11. To see a summary after each call, you can enable the "post-call summary" option

You don't need to complete this step for the AI notes service to work.
