Voicemail⚓︎
Press the Tape icon to listen to your voicemails. They will also be sent to your email address by default, if the extension is assigned to you.
Dialing Out⚓︎
To call an external number, enter the full ten-digit phone number you wish to call, including area code. Similar to a mobile phone, there is no need to prepend with a 9
or 1
.
Blind Transfer⚓︎
Info
Use this when you do not need to speak with the person receiving the call before you transfer.
- Press Transfer
- Press Blind
- Dial Extension - the caller's number will appear on the receiving end
- Press Send
Consultative Transfer⚓︎
Info
Use this when you need to speak with the call recipient before transferring the call.
- Press Transfer
- Dial Extension - your extension number will display on the receiving end
- After speaking with recipient, press Send
Do-Not-Disturb (DND)⚓︎
Warning
If you find that your phone isn't ringing, check that Do-Not-Disturb is not enabled, and that your Availability Status is correctly set.
A checkmark displayed next to your name indicates that you are available to take calls.
A prohibited sign displayed next to your name indicates that you are not available to take calls.
Press the DND button to toggle between these modes.
Park a Call⚓︎
- Press More
- Press Park
- Listen for the Park code (eg.
*801
) - Provide Park code to recipient
Answering a Parked Call⚓︎
- Pick up receiver
- Dial provided Park code (eg.
*801
)
Conference Call⚓︎
- While on a call, press More
- Press Confrnc
- Dial new number
- Once connected, press Confrnc again
Paging⚓︎
- Press Page
- Dial your desired paging group code
- Wait for the tone, then speak
Transfer to Extension Voicemail⚓︎
- Press Transfer
- Press Blind
- Dial

, then the extension
