Enable Purple Cloud Click to Call in eLeads⚓︎
1. Open the email from admin with the subject Purple Cloud RingCentral Authentication.
2. Click the link to enable Purple Cloud call tracking for your RingCentral extension.
3. A new browser tab opens to the RingCentral sign-in page. Select Google to continue.
4. Log in with your Five Star email and password.
5. Click "Authorize"
