If your recipient is also a provisioned BMSM user, the message will decrypt automagically - no need to click around.

General Recipients⚓︎

When you send a Secure Message to a recipient who does not also use Secure Messaging (such as a customer), it will appear as a standard email with a link to open the Secure one.

This email will include the Personal Message that you specified, or the default company message if you did not specify one.

When the user selects Unlock Message, they will be asked to verify their identity, using their email account:

If they are a Gmail user, they may select Sign In with Google. Any user may select the Or sign-in with a one-time verification link option:

If they select the latter, they will receive a verification email, from which they can select Verify me to view the message:

The recipient can then view or download the attachment(s) (unless you have enabled Persistent Protection):

They may also securely reply to your Secure Message:
